Developing dementia champions who inspire positive change within their teams. A Dementia Champion is more than someone who has completed a training course. They are someone who is willing to ask questions, challenge assumptions, share knowledge and champion better experiences for people living with a dementia. Our Dementia Champions 3 day course is designed to develop confident, knowledgeable and passionate members of staff to become a positive force for change within their organisation.

Understanding dementia. understanding yourself. feeling more confident. Dementia doesn't just affect the person with the diagnosis, it affects the whole family. Together we explore communication, changes in behaviour, everyday challenges and importantly the impact dementia can have on the whole family. Theres no judgement, no jargon and no expectation to have all the answers - just honest conversations, practical ideas and a safe space to learn and share.
